I have a question: are the accounts reset again__
I updated the game and when I started it I was back to basic scrap.
I have been playing Hawken since closed beta event 1. and I know that with closed beta event 3 all accounts where reset.
but I played closed beta event 3 bought a sharpshooter class and got some levels. I got more xp and so on. (all after the reset of the closed beta event 3)

and now I am back to scrap again and dont have any hawken or meteor points. while that shouldnt be: (from mail)

I had my sharpshooter class at level 5. and had a lot of meteorpoint left. also i had plenty hawkenpoints for a addon.

so what happened__ for this sucks hard again if it stays like this.
(lost a sharpshooter class lvl 14 and assault lvl 8 with closed beta event 3)

meteor points are no longer free

those who pre orderd have meteor points

also it is not a problem it is working as intended

they are currently working to address the problems with the meteor points and the mech shop. hang tight, mine also didnt show up at first

so what I understand is all the hours we played, all the xp we got, the suggestions and bugs we have helped with, and so on.
we still have to begin like the people who just joined and started. and the only thing we get is a skin later on. hmmm.
for now all the time we have played is somewhat for nothing. that is how I see it.
we all have a mech we like and love to play with. we spent hours playing with it. and now all us closed alpha and closed beta testers have to play with a mech most of us didnt use much. I find this a very big bummer to play the game again. I found it sad that I lost all the xp I got when closed beta 3 came and our accounts where reset. but at least we could buy our mech again and get the xp again. now we cant even buy the mech we love. not a real thank you if you ask me.

what I would say: give us at least the hawkenpoints to buy the mech we love as a thanks for helping out in the closed events.

As a thanks youll get a camo pattern for free..and a feeling you helped to shape an "awsomer" game!
As of resetting stats..it was widely known to people using this forums..well except You!

We were pretty clear that all progress would be reset at the start of Open Beta.

Why somes guys hve mech level 14 o 15.....i lost  my 4 mech level 11!! imposible that this guys hve level 14 in one day..........

It is a mix of things really there is a Bug that seems to be apparent on certain accounts with incredibly high XP gain however I have a lvl 11 and a lvl 12 mech without the bug but running double XB boost from my Vanguard Purchase. So yes it is possible to have much higher level mechs at this point.

The mail doesn't say that we were keeping our mechs...

While it could have been clarified a bit better, this was referring to your experience with the game and how to dodge and such, not the mechs themselves.  That was communicated by the devs in the forums and has been one of the more often asked questions as well.
