I've provided a video with this particular UI glitch.

In order to trigger this bug, I went into my friends list and attempted to join a friend's game. I was already in his game, but wanted to switch to his team. The switch team button wasn't available, so this is the next best option I could come up with.
After exiting out of the join process due to a failed attempt, the Menu UI effects were stuck on my in game screen.
