I've downloaded Hawken this morning... I've tried open it but doesn't open! No Error, no message, just don't open the launcher! Somebody can help me with this problem___

Same problem here :l  , I've tried everything, disable the Firewall , run as administrator , but nothing works

I had what I think is the same problem.  I downloaded the installer for the launcher from the site and installed.  Upon trying to run the launcher I would sometimes get an all white window for just a second but usually I would get just nothing at all.  I checked the Task Manager and the process for the launcher was mysteriously dying shortly after I opened it.  I wasn't getting an error message or anything, just a lack of Hawken.  Running as Administrator didn't help, I ran virus scans, nada.  The thing that eventually seems to have worked is I killed Microsoft Security Essentials (I closed the process through the Task Manager).  Then I ran the launcher and it started up just fine after a sec.  Once it was downloading the game client I turned MSSE back on as a test and all went well.  Hopefully the same fix will work for you guys.

For reference, I'm running Windows 7 Professional x64 on a Q6700 quad-core Intel processor and an ATI Radeon HD 5830.

I have a similar problem ive installed hewken it seems to work.  Then the launcher opens for a few seconds then instantly closes.  I try reinstalling and thats when i notice the the when it says it installing it does not seem to install everything.  Also the launcher does not appear when i search it.

try running as an administrator.

Open up your processes (ctrl shift escape) and try to find if the process to see if it is starting is starting.

the program run, but after 4-6 seconds close... i've tried run at administrator but nothing change...

same issue....open launcher...click start game....just goes back to the launcher

Please submit a support ticket describing exactly where you experience the fail and any error messages you receive. Including your OS and browser along with a launcher log and DxDiag will help us investigate the problem.

i tried to get a launcher log, but when i go by the method mentioned above, it shows that the launcher just crashes.

Hi, same issue as immediately above (logs don't work) and same general "no launch" issues.

Don't make fun of my poor choice of computer; I got a huge discount!!!
