been playing all day then all of a sudden i get this error "incompatible server version for core"
anyone else having this issue.

Yes, other people have been getting this error. It's not just you. Something's borked with some of the servers, it seems. It'll be fixed soon, I'm sure. (It's 2:30am in the dev office's time zone, so I would expect at least most of the dev team to be getting some rest for the morning's patch.)

I just got this error for the first time tonight, you're definitely not alone I doubt it'll be fixed tomorrow, as that's just a little patch, but it should be in the one after that, I'd think.

Well, some servers seem to think they're running a different version of the game. Unless the servers have to get wiped and reinstalled (and, actually, if they did the backend infrastructure right, even that shouldn't be too huge a problem), it should be a reasonably simple fix.

Happens mostly on team death match or after a game the next match i get disconnected

What region do you have selected when you start matchmaking_

I am also getting this message when trying TDM and missile assault (UK servers).

I am going to log back in and try other servers and match types to see what happens.

I get the same error every time I try to join a TDM on UK region as well.

I just managed a TDM match on a UK server but mainly getting core error.

Getting the same error on every try. Had no problems a few hours ago.

I'm on oceania for Matchmaking it only started happening today :/

I'm struggling to get any matches at all on UK servers with the "Incompatible server version for core" error.

EDIT: Managed to get into a siege game.

US East works alright as an alternative, for me anyways, your mileage/ping may vary.

Happenes to me now (15.12.12. ~15:50 CET (GMT+1)) on UK servers and Missile Assault gametype.

US servers are doing it to. Only happened to me once over 6 hours of play though. DIdn't get a chance to grab a screen. :/
