Can't spend my money due to authentication email not sending

The title says it all. I'd like to buy some ingame currency, but the website tells me my account isn't authenticated. I ask it to send the auth email, and nothing arrives. I've checked my spam and junk mail folders - nada.
My ISP is Internode, one of Australia's biggest - they might be filtering you guys out at their end.
