Can't spend my money due to authentication email not sending

Hey guys

The title says it all. I'd like to buy some ingame currency, but the website tells me my account isn't authenticated. I ask it to send the auth email, and nothing arrives. I've checked my spam and junk mail folders - nada.

My ISP is Internode, one of Australia's biggest - they might be filtering you guys out at their end.

Btw, I've been waiting around 24 hours since I first requested the email - have asked it to be resent multiple times since then.

Looks like there was a problem preventing some of the authentication emails from being sent. That problem should now be resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Same problem here. Game is already downloaded but activation mail is stuck somewhere.

I have the same problem, I changed my e-mail address since I'm no longer using the old hotmail account, but for some unknown reason this activation e-mail is either not being sent or I'm unable to receive it.

Same problem. Although it has been less than 24 hours, only 12.
