I can confirm this, today one guy I don't remember his name was definitely using cheats, he was driving recruit like 5-7x faster than normal and was unstopable and his score was way above others, it's true he died sometimes but if 2nd places score was 15/8 his score was 33/3 so I don't know how it could've been lag, everyone noticed this, I even asked him what upgrades he used, and than noticed he was recruit... and even not that speed was some unreal definitely cheater, please do something about that.

The player in question at the end of the game had 760 ping. Look at the scoreboard. I have seen players at high pings zip all over the place. This looks like lag to me.

I would agree but in the second engagement it looks like the guy was flying for way longer than the max flight time. I don't think lag can do that.

Either way, they need to find ways to reduce the effect of ping on speed. Looked like a nitro system going off.

I havent seen it on bazhaar but on uptown ive seen this often as something that just happens. People are always going fuzzy bunny what is happening. I would assume that the glitch would be even worse with lag. Either way the dev's try to look at all possible hacking threads and look into it. They will find out im sure.

If OP hasn't hit the Support button on the top of this page to report this officially, he should. The devs don't see every thread in the forums, and video capture of alleged hacking is pretty darn important.

The unreal 3 engine has been around a long time and people know the ins & outs very well. It's no surprise that hacks could propagate very quickly for any game built on UE3.

Yeah, met the guy a couple hours ago in DM, got his full name but it's apparently against forum rules to post it.
On the bright side I managed to put him in 2nd place (his kd was still better though ...).
