so being this game is F2P is it the same concept as world of tanks_ micro transactions to lvl faster, buy tanks and ammo_

We don't really know how it's going to work yet.

Like Cosm said, it's hard to tell at this stage. The popular theories running around right now are that the purchased items will be cool visual stuff and side-grades in the vein of TF2 and Star Trek Online.
