The Comixology code i got in my email is saying "unknown offer" or something when i try to redeem them...

I still haven't gotten my code... =/
I order comic at 12/30/12 I have order number everything...
ask comicology they wrote back to me:  The publisher is sending out the emails. I recommend contacting them.
try to ask Archaia but no repiles what else can I do_ =/
