I try purchasing mechs since days. When I want to spend my Hawken Credits it tells me "Meteor server not available". This is odd.

i think it would be due to poor connection to the server, restart the launcher or the computer_
i"ve had that notice pop up before and i restarted launcher and it worked for me

oooo, do you have any security software installed_ (Such as Norton, Kaspersky, etc.)

It seems that our purchasing system had a few bumps yesterday but they should be resolved now. Please let me know if you are still seeing problems.

Hi, i have same problem, i tryed to bought mech which one i had test drive and Meteor server not avilable... Restarted game, same problem all the time..

There is a known bug where you will receive this error when attempting to buy a trial mech from the Mech Shop while having a different mech selected in the Your Mechs tab. We do have this bug scheduled for an upcoming patch.

Can you check to see if this is the case_

I had the same problem and I unlocked the mech that I wanted from my garage....
It worked

Unlock it from your garage if you took a test drive....

Not really, yesterday i cant buy even in garage or mech shop, never mind which one,

I just downloaded the game and it will not connect to the meteor sever, i cant select any of my mechs or even get into game and turned off all firewalls.

I'm having the same issue as above. Newly downloaded, haven't even started it for the first time. I fully understand firewalls and use AVG.

Same problem , just downloaded , newly made account , all good until i get to the game cant sync the account cant reach the Meteor server .

Hardware : 4GB ram , Intel i7 2.6 Ghz , Nvidia GT 525M

Please help out , tried everything from firewalls to port priority etc... nothing works which makes me assume there is a problem on your side with the game still being at beta testing stage.
