Some of these rigs seem a tad overpowered for most games. I would love to know the games you guys are playing besides Hawken with these rigs.

I built the rig a few years back because I wanted to max out the first Crysis game which still looks AWESOME even by todays standard (it is massively graphically demanding however).

I love Metro 2033 and Skyrim with the big visual mods but now I just play Hawken with it all maxed out to Phys X awesomeness. :D

It's worth pointing out that if you run in stereoscopic 3D your rig has to process everything twice so that makes a big difference and if you want to record your games in 3DHD at the same time then... Mind you, this rig will run pretty much anything a game can throw at it for now. I would love 3 x GTX 690's or 780's but I haven't got the cash for that :(

Just seems like this rig could run anything that comes out in the next 10 years on low settings or better. Maybe longer then that.

Pretty much mind blown by the setups here :) Wen87 your mouse literally stunned me :D
Umm seems you'll have to click the pics to enlarge them.

Well here's my modest setup. I love 'it' to bits (it = the rig ^_^)

Closeup
IMAG0874.jpg

Keyboard : Don't be jealous people :D
Mouse : Unknown brand, dirt cheap :P
Mouse Pad : Never needed a mouse pad before Hawken, it got me to recycle paper :)
IMAG0887.jpg

Last but not least my awesome (no really) 17 inch, 5:4 monitor (field of view is an issue)
IMAG0870.jpg

The rig is loong awaited upgrade from a 10 year old Pentium 4 & a core 2 Duo laptop (gaming wasn't the lap's strongest point)
Current rig's specs are in my Signature :) I'll add them here later
