Yes we have already verified our accounts and it isnt that.
It isnt our firewalls either before you start pointing the finger at that too.

We have done what you have said. I have sent a support ticket and all i get as a reply is "its a known issue and we are working on it"

Well get more people on it and sort the major bugs

Chillout pal, this guys are doing what they can to fix that problem. Game is free to play and in beta, soo respect somebody hard work and wait for bugfixer.
Many people have that bug so shame we cant start play that game, game that looks awesome

Its not free at all when people start pushing micro transactions. They in it to make money like everyone else. It just seems from these forums this bug has been going on long enough and not enough resources have been put into sorting it out.

It is indeed free, no one forces you to buy anything...

And I think you have to look up "beta test", cause you obviously dont know what it meens.

@thefallboy: Actually, the reason I picked Hawken to try (very selective about MMO's instead of MWO is that it's been said the curve to be able to just play and have fun is much less steep here. Of course, this is if you can play, lol.

@PDINO: I'm not sure they have faces, but if they do, this one def. deserves a missile through it.

@Developers: Waiting. Congratz on the quick feedback. Just kinda bummed about missing out on the testing periods for the Bruiser and the other one (the stealthy one). Perhaps some extra credits for the affected accounts_

Yes, u r right...it is a "Beta test" but it is already an "OPEN beta test"!
Account creation should be bugfree since the "CLOSED beta test" is finished!

But the "party" (creation of bugged accounts)...unfortunately... still goes on!

They should stop the service to register new accounts until the problem is found and solved!

I'm kinda sad that due to server instability all yesterday I have in essence wasted around 600 MC on HC/EX modifiers due to being unable to join any US servers and having to wait up to 20 minutes to get into any other region and even then was still disconnected multiple times from those servers.

I still dont see the problem, whether it's open og closed beta.

I agree that it should work. At the end of the closed beta they were confident that Hawken was ready for the next step and things like registration worked, and it went to open beta, to freakin test if it really was bug free. Turns out it was not, but that is what the open beta is there for.

Beta beta beta, deal with it or GTFO.

i have the same issue it works till login and then Syncing Account failed! tryed it 5times yesterday and 5times today nothing happens only the Syncing Accoutn failed field comes and i can't play!!! >.<

I hope you guys can fix this soon so that we all can play!

All Guys who don't like the game or can't wait till the hard working Team of Meteor fixed the bug just gtfo and play an other game this isn't the only game that u guys have play an other till the bug is fixed!! -.-

This is odd. A friend of mine has also created a new account couple of hours ago and it worked for him.
So, this is a random issue, not only new accounts are affected by this problem...hope the ME-Team will find a solution soooooon. ^^
