need to know if hawken relies more on the CPU or GPU
for example i know that if youre playing WvW in guildwars 2, you can have the best GPU in the world but if its backed by a meh CPU, you'll get fuzzy bunny FPS.
thanks!

GPU_ my graph card is a little bit warmer than room temperature.(well my videos setting is low because i think hawken's environment effect block the view. i can see enemies easier in low setting.)
my graph card is GTX560TI, but i still have low fps in med or higher setting. i dont know why.
oh by the way, my cpu is I5 2.8Ghz, 8G memory

I used to decrease resolution both in Q3A , UT, Fear Combat. That was a mandatory setting in Q3A clan in hand with large Fov. THe bigger the enemy....

Bottom line, for optimal gaming balance it out. The average simple gamer won't need more than a high end i5 for current gaming. Should even be good for the couple of years. I suggest a good i5, and a gtx 560, preferably EVGA. Gigabyte is slightly cheaper as a rule but also leaps and bounds ahead of a zotac.

Seriously, don't post fuzzy bunny like pouring gasoline and stuff. Are you trying to help or are you posting your personal opinions_ You should consider where he lives, which is not in the US or UK, and chances are he doesn't have the vast selection of components we have. If his Zotac works for him, then UNTIL it goes bad, he should keep on using it.
AUTOAL, the blue screen and shutdown is not good. It means your system is overheating. The 6v6 at 60FPS is actually good. Better than what most people get, especially for a GTX 560 TI. You should change your CPU heatsink to something like a Coolermaster Hyper 212...good price and universal compatibility. Though check if your computer case has enough room for it. Then I would recommend turning OFF Physx. You don't need it to play the game. It should help the FPS even more. Finally, update your graphics driver. Follow this quick tutorial:-
-Download 310.70 or 313.96 drivers from Geforce.com (choose beta and legacy drivers option)
-Download Driver Sweeper 3.20 (NOT Driver Fusion!)
-Install Driver Sweeper, but don't run it yet
-Uninstall Nvidia drivers from Windows Control Panel -> Add/remove programs (will require restart)
-Press F8 a few times right at the end of the BIOS screen (1st thing to show up on the screen) and choose "Safe Mode"
-Run Driver Sweeper and check "Nvidia - Display" and "Nvidia - Physx" and choose Clean (will require restart)
-Install downloaded Nvidia Drivers. Uncheck the 3D options and Nvidia Update option (useless, will require restart)
-Done. Test the game.

I have now ordered a sager np9150 from xoticpc
i7 3630qm, amd 7970m, 8 gigs ram
I do need a mobile form because I'm going to start school soon, and even if I wasn't I'm sick of being tied to one single spot to game. I'd like to be able to go to my friends houses or even to a nice cafe and still be ae to fare stuff up in a different environment. I'm 25 and I'm at the age where I still love to game but don't want to be tied down to one single spot. If that means having to sacrifice a little performance and a little more $ then ill do it

Edit: Cancel that, there is a HUGE performance improvement with the 7970M over the default 670mx, and close to the 680m, which is $400+, where the 7970m is only $200+ . Good deal.
Edit 2: Noticed that Sager is the only brand I saw there that has a user-upgradeable graphics card. Is this true or did I miss something_

Could be. Sager/Clevo chassis models were the only ones I found when I bought mine last year.

But as long as the mxm does t change or the tpu increases it should be compatable.
As for the 7970m, it benches about the same and even beats the 680m in some games. And I don't care for physx in most games so its a non issue for me

It's going to be able to play anything that's out now and out in the next year or two max settings

Now this surprises me. Technically your specs shouldn't be running Hawken at Full Ultra, much less with PhysX ON and not suffer FPS issues. So there must be something installed on the users' end machines that are making even the best systems suffer with Hawken.
