MC purchase - where's Visa_

I wanted to purchase some MC with my credit card but there are only American Express and JCB options - where's Visa_

There is a visa option,i just checked,and besides i've purchased with mine as well.

When you go to the screen it's the first option.

Funny thing: after a short amount of time things came back to normal and i purchased the MC. But that was yesterday. Today i wanted to do that again and faced the same exact problem - no Visa, only AE and JCB. :huh:

Tried now, it shows the same, visa is allowed. Maybe depends on your country (and your ip, clearly redirecting)_
Try firefox with all cookies enabled (even thirdy party)
