Rarely, and they are usually bundled with either software, or hardware that you have purchased.  HC codes come along every now and again.

Why doesn't she love me_ I mean I don't mean it that way, you know, not to be too quick about forming a relationship. I just don't get it. We fuzzy bunny drifted after a few weeks of being super close and hanging almost every day, we just stopped. Even when I see her around the campus we just don't even acknowledge each other. I don't get it. Maybe I should have done something you know. She was giving so much go signs but complemented them with negatives at the same time which is something that extremely lowered my confidence so what the F_!_!_ PLUS my grandfather got a heart attack pa during that time and my fuzzy bunny parents were fuzzy bunny going through a stupid shite so fuzzy bunny I was all broody and sad then then then.... then................. I screwed up but I think she and I could have been a thing you know_ Damn. They're right when they say that its the things that you don't do that eat you up the most. I didn't do anything ... I even got a F in accounting wtf.....
