We are starting a clan so that we too can have a clan tag in our callsigns.

We play on US East and US West and enjoy a lot of DM, 1v1's and 2v2's.  We like to have fun and don't take ourseves too seriously.

Mumble server available to members and anyone else who wants to chat see details below.

"The hawken collective " is a bit pretentious. If it was just " the collective" it would be a little better

We are a group of people who share some common interests.  One of those is HAWKEN, the other should be pretty obvious.

I'll join, because yay for the theme, yay for not being pretentious, and yay for the other people in it being great people to play with. Now we just need at least three more good players that don't care enough to join BSB and we'll probably win everything, assuming we get motivated/coordinated enough to scrim.

Odin missed the meaning of the abbreviation, the "joint", the "higher" level and the 420 reference. And now I realised the Tech ability icon similarity.

I have absolutely no problem with BSB; I just couldn't be in a really organized clan like it. Also, now that I'm in college, it's doubtful that I could make it to any clan events since I have weird playing times.

bsb is cool, i like all you guys in the forums, we were just looking for something a little more laid back, less people, and a more "focused" environment.

jeff, glad to have you aboard, your brawler is a beast, i'll get the mumble info for ya as soon i get home (should be like noon or so) unless _incitatas beats me to it.

I don't think he has a problem with BSB. Besides, it's good to have more people joining other clans! We need more people to compete against. (Unless they'd've joined BSB EU. Keep joining BSB EU guys!)

"collective" has a nice double meaning as well, and here i was thinking it might be a bit too "on the nose."

oh hey guys, i thought i'd make some kinda announcement so you don't think i gave up the idea of a clan or something, but i'm not going to be able to get alot of gaming in over the next couple weeks.

there is something very personal going on thats keeping me in the hospital for the most part, aside from like a few hours to come home and walk the dog and shower.  you may see me online for a round or two during that time.

i'm still going to be active on the forums as there's alot of downtime sitting around and waiting, and its a nice distraction. i will be resuming my play as soon as things settle back down.

thank you for your consideration during this tough time and direct your :thc: related inquiries/concerns to our intrepid joint commander _incitatus solely for now.  thanks

hestoned would be great to have with us. Too bad MagicalPancake is rarely on anymore or I would try to get him to join.
