update, heh

so the laptop works at home (wifi). so i tested the pc with just wifi - nogo;  just ethernet - nogo.  it's not the network...

did a full windows reinstall...   only installed drivers, my browser, and hawken...  STILL DOESN'T fuzzy bunny WORK!

i'm getting frustrated

alright, i'm back mofos, look out

seems there is a problem with my wired nic.  i unplugged and set my wireless and viola in da game.  still need to figure out what's wrong with the wired connection (as it use to be good for -20 ping vs wireless) prolly drivers right_  i hope so... don't want to replace my mobo.

so i'll be on off and on this weekend, and will try to hash out some scheduled time with the boss.

Agh, sorry for not playing with you and phed earlier tonight. I had the game minimized and ended up doing other things for 5+ hours, so I didn't see the party invite until just now. Clan TDM/DM would be cool though and we should do that sometime, though I guess we already ended up with the majority of our members in a DM once.

The Hawken Collective (THC) name is perfect.  the "joint leaders" and playing on a "higher" level is hilarious. This clan will be "smokin'" if it gets off the ground!.

Hey I don't know how I missed this my whole time playing hawken,
but I wouldn't mind joining you guys if that's ok with the joint leaders.
I'm not too active on the forums, and I prefer typing to mic chat,
but I do enjoy playing on a higher level than most.

I also love organized team play, formations,etc.
and I can play a mean tech if you guys need.

having voice coms isn't a necessity, just nice to have for organizing and talking fuzzy bunny.  _incitatus will get you set up with the mumble info at his convenience.

Oh my god fontbros.  I know you're a mountain first but I mean, hells yes, welcome aboard.

Also I've been mostly inactive recently because the construction company I work for has been out of hours, and I have been unable to purchase our proprietary clan materials that help keep me from wanting to do IRL murder as a result of a videogame; I get easily frustrated and lose my cool otherwise, and I am pretty proud of not losing my cool here.  So, once work picks up early january, expect to see me glued to the screen again.

Ok, so I removed the password requirement for the Mumble server and it is now open for anyone to use.  Anyone who wants to hop in and chat is more than welcome.  If you see (or hear) anybody abusing the server, please send me a PM.
