If you are impacted by this, go ahead and contact Support. All you need to do is provide us with your code(s) and we'll work to redeem them for you. We're working on resolving the issue, but for the time being you'll have to contact Support.

My Nvidia Code for MC Credits will not work at all I get this message when I try to redeem it This service is unavailable. Please try later. Also My Credit Cards which both have money in my accounts get the same message.
I have made several posts regarding this and not one reply to them as I have $100.00 worth of nvidia codes which is annoying and can not even use, & even tried my Credit Cards to buy Credit as well, but the codes you guys sent out for double exp worked to which I appreciate very much. The Point is I can not transfer any of my "Overflow Exp" to any Mechs without "MC Credits" of which I have been building up and I have maxed out 6 Mechs and have 12 Mechs sitting spare in my garage which I renamed "Delete Me" as each Mech I max out I would like removed & the codes added for me if possible. Please help resolve this as I Love this game and play daily
a couple of hours later i got this reply & today its all done
