Secondary: Modified EOC Repeater.  Manual detonation for placed mines.  

If there is a custom kill animation with the CROSSBOW, I'll wet my fuzzy bunny pants.  

Item is probably a HUD/Radar Scrambler.  Basically a sight-based EMP.  >_>

A primary that can go through a mech_ Either this will have a long reload time, or you will need to charge it up to get that kind of effect (or maybe the bolt can only travel a limited distance after the first mech).

If I am understanding it correctly, It sounds like its designed to break up groups of clustered mechs. Hmmm, it'll be interesting to see in action.
