I tried to redeem a $50 nvidia code for hawken.

Whenever i paste or copy the code to redeem it tells me "This service is unavailable. Please try later."

When I enter the code without dashes, ex: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX instead of XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX... it says code not found instead of telling me the service is unavailable.

So my question is the redeem code service is down_ Or im simply entering my code wrong_

EDIT:
I checked the nvidia site regarding expiration date in case it was that and its good until June 30^th, 2014. For NA(where I reside).

Yes, there are problems with the redeem codes at the moment. File a ticket with the support staff and they will help you: https://playhawken.z...us_requests/new

Hey Armored_Core,

We have a known issue with some codes not working.  You'll need to contact Support to have your code validated and redeemed.

Still curious of why this hasn't been fixed_ Or why it keeps breaking_ Zamboni stated in another thread that the fix would need to be implemented in an update. Is this bug going to be fixed with tomorrow's patch_ Think its a pretty big problem that you can't freely redeem codes and have to submit a support ticket every time. If I spend real money I want to be able to use my product immediately. NOT to have to submit a support ticket.

Hey Dreadess,

Yes, after today's most codes should work just fine.  There are a number of older Free-2-Play nVidia codes that may still not work.  However, nVidia was provided with a number newer codes to replace the old stock.  So if you are registering your card with nVidia now, you should not have issues.
