I think the new orb delay mechanics may have something to do with it too. All in all id say the balance between classes is better than its ever been.

The scout is still pretty powerful, despite the various nerds in the current patch. Whether or not it's too powerful remains to be seen. I still think the flak range nerf is necessary.
