Hi guys, i was just tried playing a Team Death Match in a the level Bazaar and some real weird background designs were all over my screen.  As i move, the backgrounds seem to shift in completely random patterns.  They are NOT transparent, i can see my team and enemy user names, but i cannot physically see the mechs, untill i move close into a another section of the level.   It very hard to shoot a mech you know is there by the user name, but can't see the mech at all.  I was asking everyone else playing in the match if they could see the weird backgrounds, but nobody cared to reply.  I have screenshots to provide.

I can't concentrate with all those weird sections of screen i can't see through till i move into a new section, and even then the level changes at random.

O_O  What the heck_  I've NEVER seen this before!  What's your graphics settings and stuff_  Try to fill out a ticket to support as well!

Is this my game only or has anyone else seen anything like this_   Is it fixable_  I'm gonna try to keep playing.  If another level shows signs of this, i will take more screenshots.

Thanks "Hijinks_The_Turtle", i was considering sending a support ticket, but i want to see if anyone has seen this before aswell.  First time i have ever seen this glitch in my 11 and half months of play time.

Really, i was playing the the facility right before and that level was perfectly fine

I'm pretty sure that no one else has had that issue.  You really might wanna check that out with support.  As HubbaBubba said, it could be that your graphics card is dying or it could be something else.  Then again, you said that Facility was okay... I'm not really sure what happened.

Well, i sent a support ticket anyways, hopefully they can tell me whats up, lol, it was so hard to play like that.  I'm gonna load up Hawken again and keep playing, but it seems to me like a rendering issue, but im not a graphics designer or expert.  Thanks anyways guys!

i played the Bazaar level again, lol same glitches just not as bad as the first time lol

Now my game has crashed 2 times within an hour.  1st i load right into the "Wreckage" Map and the 2nd 5 minutes into a "origins" map!  Both maps had no glitches i could see.  Not having a good Hawken night, lol, oh well, thanks for the replies, guys, its nice to know someone reads these things.

Yeah this is crazy, the glitches are still visible to me 4 days later on the any type of match in the Bazaar level_ i am so confused.  I tried stress testing my graphics card and it runs just fine.  This is messed up lol, im going to be skipping the Bazaar every time it cycles around.  lol

It definitely looks like your graphics card is having some issues . Could you post your PC specs here_

i have never seen anything like this in 1 year of gameplay, and it does not happen on any other map so far.  It's very hard to believe its my graphics card, but I am not a hardware specialist or graphics expert, so i may have to defer to your judgment.

Also, i run the in-game graphics at all low settings and Physx off, to ensure decent gameplay.

Here are my CPU Specs:
Motherboard: Asus P5Q-E
Processor:  Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz  (Asus motherboard)
OS: Vista Ultimate (64 bit)
Ram:  8 gigs
Graphics Card:   Asus EAH 4850, 512mb - ATI Radeon HD
PSU:  Cooler Master RS-850-EMBA (850 watt)

It used to be an old server tower case.  I got it for free, but i put in a new HDD and am using it as a desktop comp now.

Is there anything else you need to know_  I tried to stress test my graphics card, and it looks alright what it displays, but that could mean anything, lol.

I know right, thank the almighty Scout, it is only on this level, hahahahaha, i'm just gonna have to skip this level until they reply to my support ticket and tell me whats going on.  I might have to wait until they release a new patch before this could get fixed lol

I am trying to wrap my head around the fact that everyone says its my graphics card, but i would hate to replace and find i have this same problem on only one map...sigh, slowly not becoming as funny to me.  I can't really afford to invest in a new graphics card at the moment.  I could be in for some dark digital gaming days ahead... oh well someone will figure it out eventually

Well, to be honest i recently reformatted my computer a week and and a half ago, and when i first played Hawken after the reformat and re-install the bazaar level was fine at first, and it later went haywire.  I will try to do GPU update right away...
