We know the patch size is not ideal for players but unfortunately it's how UE3 functions by default. Sometimes the smallest change can result in an entire package needing to being replaced. We will work on improving this system but you may not see the benefit of it immediately.

As a question, when servers are down are any boosts in effect put on hold or is the timer still running down_
