hello! i'm not entirely sure how off topic this is but last week i had bought an internal/cosmetics thinking they would unlock across all of my mechs. having bought the mercenary pack, i learned this to be a gross error on my part. that said, its been a weekish since i submitted a ticket to undo/move said purchases. how likely is it that the support staff will be merciful and reimburse the mc i wasted on fred_
