I was using the thing on my Brawler lately and it hit like a truck!!! At first I thought I inhaled too much diesel fumes but than I remembered I don't do that stuff. It a semi automatic auto cannon sniper cannon thinga majiga that hit like a frigging mini nuke that is powered by fusion instead of fission_ ... Anyway I don't know when it was buffed but i had so much fun using it!!!!!!!! TY DEVS!!!

Hawkins RPR is another name for Assault rifle, SMC spread for more range.

Running directly to/from sniper fire means you'll die tired. Taking cover gives (Ke-)Sabot time to reload.

The RPR is to the SMC as the SA is to the Assault Rifle. Both Hawkins weapons trade RoF for damage, with the RPR faster-firing and better suited to close range combat than the SA, which is better at mid-range. At least that's how it seems to me.

True, true. I want the RPR since I'm am more agressive than the typical sniper, who would rather run from a charging C than charge at it. AM-SAR sucks at close-range, and it's best use in the grey 'midrange' area is often nullified by the fact that people are either running away or charging at you and either setting up a snipe kill or putting you in a corner to suffer in a close range brawl.

I find the SA Hawkins very useful to scare off or kill people trying to snipe/turret...the damage can be significant if you can catch your target with a TOW as well
