I think of it as the Kirby down+B brick mechanic from super smash bros where u fall real fast quickly and you use it ( for damage now becuase goomba dmg is real ) or to avoid stuff instead of floating like a magical fairy.
pros
-no fall damage internal may actually be used by somebody for the first time since it was released
-new mechanic where u dont get stuck into the floor when you fall makes this internal pretty realistic and usable
-could add whole new dynamic to maps with multiple levels / high points to fall from ( origin bridge / facility jump pad area )
-goomba stomping just got buffed and this makes it easier to do
-can actually be used to make you less predictable when using air dodge or jumping in general (space bar negates falling)
cons
- no fall damage internal would be near mandatory because ude take real fall dmg often
- people could troll and only go for goombas
-C's will become more popular than they already are further removing A's from the game ( accelerating hawkens plans of removing a's from the game faster than intended )
- could make it hard to manuever mechs with low air dynamics or low fuel tanks.
