Started playing the game yesterday. It'd be nice if I had some friends to play with. I sit pretty far from the screen so voice chat is preferred since I most likely won't see any messages until after the game has ended. I'd like to think I'm good at TDM but my scores are more a result of the team's skills than my own. I play in the Assault mech. I play Guild Wars regularly and I'm part of a guild for that game. For this game I'm not really looking for a "clan" at the moment but feel free to check me out or something...

If you're looking for friends, feel free to add me. However, I do play on the 2000 range of MMR, which is Hawken's internal rating system for pilots. It may be better to find some friends that are in your range, and play with them until you're more comfortable.
As an Assault, you should get some good confidence in your piloting, so remember not to get over confident. There is a lot of cover in most all of the maps, use that to your advantage. The less damage you take and the more they take the better of you'll be, right_
