Same here, the console commands do not do anything for me. I type the command, hit Enter... and nothing happens.
I`m here to chew bubblegum... and kick azz, and I`m all outta azz!

My guess as to why they disabled Console commands is... probably something to do with hackers, but its just a guess.

I don't see any reason why those were removed. If they were still there it would have at least given people something to do while waiting for more servers to open. I know I was looking forward to trying out some of the maps on my own with just bots first, but now it looks like I've missed the boat on that one.

Nope. Seemingly most if not all console commands are disabled...
