You can circumvent this by going to DocumentsMy GamesHawkenHawkenGameConfig, opening hawkenengine.ini, then running a ctrl+f for "framerate" and either setting bSmoothFrameRate to false, or changing the max frame rate to whatever you desire. These options appear several times, make sure to find and change them all.

Even if we can change it in the config file, would be nice to have an option in the game menu to unlock the fps.

Thanks, although I didn't have the problem since it won't run faster than 50 fps I'd say

editing ini violates section #8 of the ToS
i want keybinding that makes my mech play this tune with acouple twirling beacon lights.
