But there's no NDA on the Beta_

So is there anything in particular we can still get in trouble for if we post_ I had a few video's/screenshots I was going to put up. Since those were from Alpha does that mean they're under NDA and I need to make new ones_ Just curious. Don't wanna break any rules here.

anything you do from Beta onwards is not.

Anything from Alpha is under still NDA. If you have screenshots/videos from alpha you are not allowed to post/add them anywhere. If you want to post content of Hawken you have to record new screenshot and such.

So as to answer your questions more precisely you can't put them up and yes you need to make new ones.

The point behind the Alpha NDA continuance is the elimination of the possibility of someone using footage from Alpha and slandering the game image or giving false information.

The NDA for Alpha remains in-effect. There is no Beta NDA so have at it, just DO NOT post, reference, discuss, talk about, intimate, etc anything from Alpha.

Not really. I did participate in the Alpha, but I don't recall ever seeing any Closed Beta Threads about the NDA.
