From a recent facebook post, the servers should be live in another 8-9 hours from the time I am posting this (so add 9 hours to whatever time it is where you are

Still one last tweek needed for the servers. It's quite common during BETAs for the servers to need updating, tweeking or fixing. So if they are down/unavailable check the forums and back in the client later.
