I'm still not seeing why this is stupid.

I actually like HEAT cannon, but since i also like EOC, and since I'd prolly grind quickly to level 3 anyway, I used some of my precious Bling MC to [PayToWin i can hear it already] buy EOC at level one for my Infil. Gonna try to stay away from Reaper for a week or so, and get really good with the old Artful Dodger.
One thing I've started to notice: EOC hits nearly straight line like sniper rifle fire, and kills sorta kinda like charged HEAT (similarly, unless CQC, you're wasting shots uncharged with both--no splash damage/fewer pucks) if you release a shot at their feet and hit, Boom! If you miss they'll likely step into it--a good thing, since most players return from a dodge before the pucks time out.

And if you unload a quick 2nd batch of mines, they'll get to push a double-dose of Happy Buttons when they pop out!
