Ok, so the replenisher. I know that it reduces your cooldown and that killing an enemy reduces it by 25%, while getting an assist reduces it by 12.5%. And I am virtually 90% certain that its 25 and 12.5 of current cooldown, not total.

What I want to know is the following:

• Is there a limit to how many times this can happen_
  
• Is there a limit to how many times this can happen in a certain period of time_

Anyone got a clue_

I think it only works once every 10 seconds - I'll have to check my Technician. There is a limit to how frequently it can activate, otherwise you'd have things like those crazy Raider pilots (cough, cough, Kopra, cough ) being able to Blitz in, kill four people, replenish and re-activate blitz, then charge off into the sunset.

I use the replenisher for my tech, As all the damage done by the person you're healing turns into you're % on a mech kill, It gives me alot of assists, Letting me use my EU showers more often.

theres probably no limit to how many times it can be used though.

It's a great Tech Green Beam booster when you're hooked up to a good Brawler pilot, and da BOM when you're tailing a Incin!
talk about never-ending Assist cooldown faster-uppers! you can boost over to nearby teammates needing luv, and rip right back to your fatboy.
