What type of keyboard_

If membrane: Unscrew your board, wash off the plasticy membrane and let it dry.

If mechanical: www.newegg.com Google it, there are ways. Luckily for me, I've never had to do such.

If it's bad enough to start a topic, unplug it, rinse with water, pull it apart, wipe it down, leave it by a fan overnight.

go down the street to a hock shop and buy another one for 2 bucks. no big deal.
many computer service shops have all kinds laying around jammed in boxes, probably sell you a performance mechanical one for ~$10, or just give you a free MS board just to get rid of it. Dug around and found me a nice clicky-clicky mech board with Hebrew secondary Key labels for $20 (pawn shop clerks really have no idea what they got). Coat the keys with manicurist's nail hardner/clearcoat (ie: "Hard-As-Nails"), the labels will never wear off.
they even gave me a USB/PS2 adapter for my old Acer box, too.
So very cool!

btw: DON'T put it in the dishwasher

Run it through your washing machine, make sure to put towels in the same load. Same goes for the dryer cycle, you don't want the keyboard getting smashed up against the washer and dryer drums. That'd be a great way to destroy a perfectly good keyboard. Best of luck

I ended up just putting a bunch of paper towels on it. Its a regular dell keyboard. Too lazy to take it apart xd.

mix the orange fanta on your left with the coco melk already on your keyboard, positions 5 red birthday candles in a pentagram while repeating the mantra "This is all S9's fault" 5 times, then proceed to your parents room with the keyboard ( make sure it's still plugged in<<), you gotta be pretty quiet here.. once inside, slowly crawl across the floor like a snake towards your mothers side of the bed with ninja stealth tactics, once you are beside the bed slowly rise to a kneeling position where you must stay for 5 hours whilst holding the keyboard out in front of you head bowed, whisper your mmr repeatedly to yourself until the fifth hour, once the clock strikes 0500 you must start screaming your mmr at the top of your lungs, (generally your parents reaction will be to stare wide eyed at you ( but please don't be frightened )) Now that youve got their attention go completely silent and ask for 120$ so you can order a badass g710 logitech keyboard,
