The game is clearly being worked on. Looks like the 'friends list' is the current "technical debt" target.

Ashfire is a Hero. We will build statues to you (in game... or in Pasadena) whichever is more feasible).

Asked him yesterday: he said he's a bit busy with life and work ATM.

I'd be lying if I said the uncertainty of Hawken wasn't a part of it, but there's a lot more playing into it than just that. I got tired of the project after promising plans to revamp the front end with a few others in the community fell through, and as vulong mentioned, I also am fairly busy with life and work (I recently accepted an offer for a full time position at the company I work for so I'm having to prepare for a move in the next couple of months).

I'm sorry but I think people can probably stop waiting on the leaderboards. Maybe it'll get done some day, but it's not really on my list of priorities anymore. I do have a in-dev version of the frontend I made awhile ago but it flat out does not run well at all so I can't just release that sadly.
