My sharpshooters ability is 'undefined' and I cant use it in game.
Which sux because I like to play snipers in FPSs and really ONLY snipers.
I know there are tons of threads like this
Each of them ends with something like 'write to support'
Yes. Ive made a ticket. Ive w8ted two weeks, then ive made another ticket. Another week without any response.
Support especially hates me or are they always that slow_

Firstly, what do you mean by 'undefined'_
Secondly, the devs have been detached lately and most support tickets are going unanswered. Maybe you should play reaper since some people are really good with it and in the right hands, it is a force to be reckoned with.

Search the support forums. I remember hearing about a similar problem a while back, though I don't know how or if it was fixed.

All the similar threads ends with something like 'contact support they'll fix it in one day' but its been 3 weeks come on!
By undefined i mean...when you hover mouse over it...it says undefined. also there is no icon of the ability in game and i cant use it at all
I play reaper yes but it seems that with sharpshooter i do better than with a reaper even tho I dont have any abilities >_>

Yeah, I can't really use light mechs well(except.for zerker,that's just easymode) so I can kinda sorta relate
