Hello,

Since few months, Hawken started to be annoying. When I play on East US or Europe (doesn't matter), when I spawn or go back to the prepare screen after death, game loads very long which is very pushing off from the game.
My specs:
Internet 60 Mbit / s
Intel Core i7
GeForce GT755M
16Gb Ram
Hawken downloaded via Steam.

Game graphic options:
All on full, same as GeForce Experience recommends.

Additional info:
The game itself runs very smooth, I do not experience any game lags or internet lags. It is only spawn/death issue.

Anyone has got the same problem_

In addition:
Windows 8.1

I've set PhysX to none - same problem
I've set graphics to lowest (resolution still 1280x1024) - maybe little faster in game, but loading carousel after match and backing to the main menu (garage) is slow as hell

With "game loading" do you mean it tries to sync the account_
There have been a few problems with long/infinitive syncing accounts for some players.

I think yes, it's account synchronize. More step by step, it's than:
I die, than it goes black screen and I have to wait.
Than appears prepare screen - mech choosing etc. I'm pressing Launch and again screen freezes and I have to wait.
Next, when match ends, timer goes to 0:00, game freezes and I have to wait for the winners carousel.

If it's account synchronize problem, was there any solution_ It really pushes away from the great game =/

Sorry for not posting anything so long.

In regards to your problem:

Try to verify your local hawken files like this:
Right click on Hawken in your steam library and select Properties. Then switch to "local files" tab and click on "verify integrity of game cache".

After that go to your hawken config folder at "Documents\My Games\Hawken\HawkenGame\Config" and make a backup copy of it.
(rename it to something like "backup").
Then copy the "config" folder from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Hawken\HawkenGame" (or from wherever you installed steam) to "Documents\My Games\Hawken\HawkenGame".

If all else fails some people tried to uninstall and reinstall the game which fixed the problems for them.
