Besides this forum, which other ones do you read_  I don't use social media much so forums are usually how I get my news and chat with other people.   Always looking for new communities to join

I've tried reddit, not really my cup of tea.  I'll check out toxikk, thanks for the suggestion!

I check the http://www.tgaforums.com and  7 Days to Die forum regularly.  I used to check the VN Boards too but after merging with IGN I don't check as often.

Well, toxikk is a game, so those are just the forums for the game.

What's interesting about Reddit is the fact that so many unrelated communities (subreddits) are linked together as part of the same site. The way they interact can be interesting. As well, such means you only need one account to be part of a variety of communities. That can be handy, especially when it comes to niche interests that I have, but would be unwilling to make an account dedicated towards.

I... monitor Reddit and the Steam forums.

I avoid participation except when necessary and disinfect after each use.

Reddit. You're not limited to your default selection of subs - you subscribe to the ones that are relevant to your interests, and you'll get a front page with stuff that's only relevant to you.

Hm. See, I think that spreading Hawken fans out through the gaming universe does this weird thing where more people know someone who plays Hawken. That does another wierd thing. It gets people playing Hawken.
