So not sure if there's a topic already but: one of my friends added me in game, the alert came up and i hit accept, but it's not showing him on my friends list, or me on his, how do i fix this_

Yes, we all know the friends list is broken. There's nothing we can do about it. Just wait until it's fixed.

I mean, god knows I am a negative person but your persistent "the sky is falling" posts are baffling to me. You clearly believe that this game is dead and not going to get any better. Why are you still here_ Are you torturing yourself_ Is there some sort of self-flagellating order of internet monks that sit in front of flickering CRTs, debasing themselves over these games_ Because you are far from the only person I see doing this and I am curious about these rites. Why not just... move on_

OP: don't be discouraged. at least now you can cruise the maps without anyone knowing where you are.
it does get annoying sometimes, when your reason for not getting killed isn't to stay alive/win a match, but to avoid getting dumped into the garage and swarmed with game invites from everywhere. but then you can't piggyback into a game, or spam your friends yourself. hmmm.

re Spliff--enjoy him. he's been an odd fixture for years. I think the Tech Update unhinged him. everyone has to have one of Those Guys in the crew. he's ours.

I really like Spliff_Craven and his posts.
Because you can be 110% sure, the day Spliff_Craven leaves Hawken is the day Hawken servers go offline and Hawken is going to rot in the dimples of oblivion.
So yes, having him around is kind of reassuring.
