Im afraid I can't confirm when it happened, but I have lost all achieved XP and Mech Points on my Mechs.
I was at level 2.5 on the assault mech when it happened.
The lost was not a result of any obvious error with the client.
Limited info Im afraid.
FYI - Awesome work with game. Very impressed.

In this thread http://community.pla...__+lost +points there is a post about the problem similar to what you have. It's highly possible that you are having a sync issue with their servers. I believe once it syncs back properly it may give what you have back.
