Just wanted to say, good job on the new HUD

The heat bars are now apart of the HUD and its much easier to keep track of since its closer to where your eyes are focused.  Also the color change really helps.

I also like the cool-down bar inside the reticle for your off-hand weapons like the TOW missile.

I think there can be improvements to the boost gauge... it seems too small to me now... I really have to focus on it to figure out if I have boost left.

+1, I think the fuel meter could be a bit bigger. I'd also like more visual feedback as to when I land an attack against an enemy mech. Currently you get a small red bloom on the crosshair and some yellow semicircles that flash but when I'm in the heat of battle, I'm hardly ever cognizant of the effect.

I too like the moves made with the heat bars. I find the fuel gauge fine to read as well. It seems pretty clear to me.

Agreed half the time I think I missed the enemy only to see them drop dead.

The heat bars are indeed a nice addition, but the "delay" bars (for when your weapons are recharging shots) were so in-obvious that I was going to ask if there was a way to tell... until I noticed them inside the reticule.

Not sure how it can be placed to be more obvious, though, and once I did learn of it, I did find myself glancing at it.

A coagulated, gloomy thinking in the intelligence, as my major ego.
An antinomian theorem of behaviorism, in all of my thinkings.
It's what we call "The Inversion Impulse."

I actually liked the heat meters where they were before.
