Every time i try to digitate "@" to log-in appear the game chat.. It's really annoying and it's not the first time. After a lot of tries appear the start setup with the opportunity tio write e-mail and password there, but now nothing happen!

Just exit out of the game completely and close the patcher. When you re-open the patcher again it gives you the option to type in your email and password. The reason it's doing that is because US style keyboard layouts uses the ~ key for the console while where you're from it has the @ as the console.
