Hi Guys,

I need some help as my ticket has still not been answered and I just missed the beta weekend because of it. I understand this is beta which is why I am being patient.

Problem

​I have tried several times to download the Hawken beta from this website. It downloads without a problem but every time I go to open the launcher to download the game the launcher wont open and I get the below crash. I am running Windows 7 64bit. I have tried different compatibility modes and running the launcher in admin mode. I have no other ideas to fix this one.

Do you have any av software  or firewalls installed_ When was the last time you did a disk cleanup_

I have MSE installed but it has always told me when it blocks a file. I will try a disk clean but I pretty sure it wont do squat.

In fact i have tried to install on several different drives without success so a disk clean wont work. It is a problem with the game. I have never had a problem with any of the other 250+ games have on this computer only this one. 4 days and still no help from support!

To be fair to them, it was a weekend and they were busy dealing with problems that were affecting literally hundreds if not thousands of users. You're the only person I've seen reporting this specific problem on the forums.
