I was going to post this in the bug reports forum, but it doesn't quite qualify as a bug.
I know that I'm probably not the average Hawken player in terms of PC horsepower. I realize, however, that even the feedback from bad machines needs to be considered for optimization purposes. Hawken runs at about 10-20 frames per second on my machine when I'm walking around in-game, and will freeze up when I'm in heated duels. It performs a whole lot better than it did in Alpha 2, when I rarely could even start a match, but it's still not quite at an acceptable framerate.
Here are my specs:

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i3 2310M @ 2.10GHz
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
4.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Intel Corp. Base Board Product Name (CPU1)
Graphics
Generic PnP Monitor (1366x768@60Hz)
Intel HD Graphics Family
Hard Drives
596GB TOSHIBA MK6475GSX (SATA)

With an integrated intel gpu, dont plan on playing this game or any 3d game for that matter. Intel graphics are not made for gaming.
Edit: On second thought.. maybe, just maybe, if you turn everything down to low and set it to the lowest resolution.

I've played other games, and they usually work somewhat on lowest settings. I'm hoping to build a gaming computer.
