Gametype: Siege
Join server, waiting for 1 more player.
We have players in the server, I can see them, but Typed Chat is not available.
Need one more player to be 'ready'.
But I cannot tell him to hit the button.
I cannot ask someone to change teams so I can game with my friend on my team.
Because there is no typed chat.
No, I do not wish to use audio chat (they may have it disabled, and I do too!).
Repeatability: 100% over 2 days
Pain level: 4, inhibits good teamwork making the game less fun.

Perhaps they should have a chat box in the "Lobby".

A chat box in the lobby seems to be essential at this point.
