Can you guys tell us anything that can help us be better testers for you_ Is there something we can do more of come CBE2_ Things you want us to pay attention to_ Anything we didn't gather sufficient data on_

There are a lot of suggestions and a lot of feedback posts and I was just kind of wondering where we stand with them all.

Indeed, I am also curious as to what the devs have to say about what could have devolved into a helluva cluster---- of a beta test. ;)

I'd still love to know the status of EyeFinity and Nvidia Surround support.

They are going to lose me as a customer if it's not supported on release. :(

Isn't that a bit much to ask for on launch for a free-to-play title by a small studio_

Let's be realistic here.

This reminds me of how little I miss my Eyefinity set up. Having to "boycott" really good games because I wanted to use ALL the screens, in hindsight, is pretty goofy. There are so many things I'd rather see them work on than try and fix an issue affecting <5% of users. Besides, in competitive FPS the extra FOV is a definite advantage.

But I digress. Looking forward to the official dev update.

It'll be an interesting read, as long as it isn't "Buy meteor points to test out economy, plz."

I never said I was boycotting it. Hah.
It's just such a simple tweak, and would be rather upsetting to see not included.

It may be relatively simply to allow the resolution (I'm basing this off of no experience coding) but to do it right and not have your radar waaaaay off to the side there would also be some UI/HUD tweaking.

Most games that got the first part right still never got the HUD stretch figured out.

this is something im curious about as well. however. it will still take some reasonable amount of effort on your part. not sure how long youve been in the game but those two topics still stump amd and nvidia, and are often not as easy as changing the res, if you have games on steam you know this.

it will often take a years worth of updates before a (complete) game functions properly with such settings, and considering the income this game generates for the devs i would say that you and i are aways out from getting the last couple of percs from having a multi mon setup. we amount to less than 1% of gamers. and of those gamers that do use it, only about 5% of them know how to go about doing it themselves(after the game is ready for it). for example, BF3 users on nvidia 500 series that are not using the flagship cards still have issues setting up surround and 3d vision

The fact that you think that "it's just such a simple tweak" proves you really don't know how hard it can be to get such things set up to play nice with multiple monitors. Having the game stable and working good on more systems is more important than accommodating the small percentage of gamers who run surround setups - at least, for a launch target.

Again, they will likely add it later if they do. Having it on launch though_ You've got a better chance of watching Elvis pilot a UFO into the Loch Ness Monster, see Bigfoot crawl out of the smoking wreckage, and then flag down a ride home with ET, Lando Calrissian, Haruko Haruhara, and an Arilou Lalee'lay in the Millennium Falcon.

Hitching a ride with Haruko is a recipe for guitar to the face

Obviously, Mihoshi Kuramitsu.

Sure, but how many people would willingly take a guitar to the face just so you can say you took a guitar to the face from her_

Plus, without going into detail too much about my personal past, let's just say I've taken a few guitars to the head before. It's actually kind of amusing... assuming it's done right. If not, you break your neck and that's bad news, kids.

Premise ridiculous- Elvis was a pair of clockwork hips with a speaker, incapable of the autonomy required to pilot aerospace craft; and Loch Ness doesn't exist.

Ergo, why it crashed (precisely because he couldn't pilot it). As for Loch Ness_ Of course it doesn't exist - he killed it. It has ceased to be. It's expired and gone to meet its maker.

You clearly don't understand, Loch is Gaelic for lake (or sea inlet). It's the lake that doesn't exist. The monster does, but it mostly hangs around Drumnadrochit. And a pair of hips cannot even launch an Aerospace craft, it requires 3 limbs.
