My closed beta 2 launcher says it is unable to download manifest, any ideas_
I have ran it as Admin but still doesn't work...

Guys, not to be rude but their are other topics talking about the same problem. You are getting that error because the beta will not be online until around 12pm pst tomorrow.

Perhaps search for high activity posts on this forum where people explain why the manifest cannot be downloaded_

Hi all,
You are unable to download the manifest because the servers are not yet open. Servers will be up around 12:00noon pst.
