Your original question is a little ambiguous, so I'm going to be clear.
Alpha progress: Wiped
CBT1 progress: Intact
All progress before Open Beta: Wiped before Open Beta launches, presumably after the last round of closed testing. Remember to hug your favourite closed beta mechs the last time you look at your garage before 12.12.12.
