i have all setting set to there highest, execept for graphics. when i turn graphics to its highest it seems like the clarity dissappears and its slightly fuzzy. am i the only one. it looks alot better for me when i have graphics setting on low.low.jpg ultra.jpg

Yeah, that's film grain. It enables itself on the higher graphics settings. It's built into the game as an intentional style choice, currently.

I would prefer a film grain check box. Or force it on for low and make the cuts elsewhere. Sorta gives low an advantage although small.
