Summary: I was piloting my level 16 Infiltrator mech in a siege mode map and doing some serious damage. At the end of the game my mech level reset to zero. A major bummer; many hours spent leveling lost. Seems I was dishing out too much ownage and karma came around to bit my ass.

Steps to Reproduce:Not reproducible, at least I hope so.

Frequency: This is the first, and hopefully last time, this happens in CBE2.

Severity: Many hours wasted leveling my mech. Severity 5.

Additional Notes: Not sure why this happened. I thought the level looping was fixed in CBE1. I hope this can be fixed. What would make me really happy is if my mech level can be returned to me.

System Specs: Windows 7 64 bit, 8 GB RAM, 2x Geforce 480s SLI.

Nevermind... must have been a glitch. Reloaded Hawken, went to garage, and my level 16 mech was sitting their.

This also occurred to me. I can confirm that it is purely a visual glitch. It said my assault mech leveled to 2 after the first game I played in beta 2.

Well, if it's visual, that's better than it ACTUALLY wiping your mech out, like it used to in CBE1.

But it should still be visually fixed, so as to not give anyone sudden heart attacks.

It is a visual glitch and not visual glitch, i'm pretty sure you lose the xp from that match.

Can't confirm 100% im like 82.4% positive.

I agree. I don't believe I received the XP from the match where I saw the level reset glitch. Not a huge deal, unless the glitch is frequent.
